Find us at Newquay
The October 2017 BLOODHOUND is Go! event is taking place at:
Newquay AeroHub 2,
Gate 6 past RAF St Mawgan,
This is located around 8 miles from Newquay on the North Cornwall coast.
Please use the postcode TR8 4GP in your satnav and not the postcodes for either Cornwall Airport Newquay or the Aerohub, as the event is happening on a separate part of the site.
(You will not be able to see the Car run from either the Airport terminal or the car parks on the terminal side of the site. The only viewing area will be at the event itself.)
If you are coming by car, the event will be signposted. Please note that the event is taking place on the opposite side of the airport site from the airport terminal.
From A30 (East or West):
- Exit the A30 at Highgate Hill (signposted to Indian Queens and the Airport) and continue on the A39 until you reach the St Columb Major roundabout. Initially follow signs to the Airport onto the A3059, but then follow signs to the event. This will mean staying on the A3059 past the turnoff for the Aerohub, then taking the next right which will be signposted to the event and Treloy campsite.
From Newquay Town:
- Leave Newquay on the A3059 following signs for the event and then take the left turn signposted towards the event and Treloy campsite.
Free parking is available on site.
By public transport
The nearest train station is Newquay, and then it is possible to reach the event by bus or taxi.

There are several taxi companies in the area who will be aware of the event taking place, including Coastline and A2B taxis.
If you are arriving by plane at the airport, please exit through Arrivals and get a taxi to the event site, using the address details above. (You will not be able to walk across the airport site to the event.)
