1K_Club_Titanium_logo_no_border_(R) Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes. If you have an existing Bronze membership but wish to upgrade to Gold, simply login to the site and follow the prompt at the top of your profile page.

I haven’t received a confirmation email from you yet, what should I do?

If you haven’t heard from us (as opposed to Paypal) by email, there may be a problem with our email getting stuck in your spam filters. First of all, please check you spam folder, if you have one. If an email from us is in there, please mark us as ‘not spam’.

If there isn’t an email from us in your spam folder, or if you do not have a spam folder you can check that your registration has gone thorough, by going to www.bloodhoundssc.com/my_profile.cfm and logging in using the email address and password that you registered with - not the one you have used to pay, if this is different. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the ‘Forgotten you password’ link.

From here you should be able to see your details and the type of membership that you have. If you cannot log in, please email supportersclub@bloodhoundssc.com

You should also make a point of ‘approving’ emails from us. How you do this will depend on what email system you are using. On Hotmail, for example, you can go into options/more options/safe and blocked senders/safe senders and add bloodhoundssc.com to the list of ‘safe’ web addresses.

How can I check that my address details are correct?

If you log in (via the log in box at the top of this and every page) you can check that your full contact details are correct.

I've forgotten my password, what can I do?

At the login page there is a facility for forgotten passwords. By entering your details you can have your password sent to you.

I have registered on the website but have not yet paid my membership fee for the supporters club.

You can simply proceed to the login page and - using the email and password details that you registered with - enter the part of the website with your profile details. At the top of this page is a link that will allow you to pay for membership.

I want to add a number of different supporters, how do I do this?

We’re happy to say that you can add as many supporters as you want. The important thing, however, is that you make a point of registering a different email address, username and password for all new users. Please make sure that you use their physical address as well, as this is where we will send out the official supporters club materials to.

When paying for each new member you can use the same payment details - the payment transactions will be matched by the system.

The Paypal transaction didn’t go through

If your transaction ended before you could complete you Paypal payment, you can log on at www.bloodhoundssc.com/my_profile.cfm and proceed to make payment.

Is family membership available?

Not yet, but it will be soon. Watch this space!
